Conference fees

Full conference delegate
£400.00 + VAT @ 15% = £460.00

One day conference delegate
£150.00 + VAT @ 15% = £172.50 per day

The registration fee includes:

Pre-conference courses

Six pre conference courses will run on 28-29 October 2009. The cost of attendance is £120.00 + VAT @ 15% = £138.00 per course which includes:

Mid session refreshments
Lunch
Course documentation

Conference Publications:

Abstracts will be published in an abstract book which will be a supplement to Manual Therapy journal and published in print and online on Science Direct

Reflective Practice Proforma

Delegates are invited to complete the Reflective Practice Proforma at the end of the conferfence and return to the conference secretriat.

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the Conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the Conference secretariat.

Checks should be made payable to Elsevier and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the conference secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 25 September 2009, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 9 October 2009, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 9 October 2009, or for no-shows at the Conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the Conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
