Information for Oral Presenters

Please find below information regarding the duration, preparation and uploading of your presentation:

A dedicated speaker upload facility is provided by the EICC
Please read Speaker Preview Information on how the facility works and how to prepare and upload your Oral presentation
Oral presenters will receive an email with the web address, username and password to access this facility
All presentations should be in PowerPoint
The Visual Aids Guidelines gives help and tips for preparing effective slides

Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you have any queries regarding software, or if your require password details for the upload facility.

Duration and timing of Presentations

Submitted Oral presentations will have a total of 12 minutes. After 10 minutes a traffic light system will indicate presenters have a further 2minutes remaining. At the end of 12 minutes a red light will indicate that the presentation must stop.
IT IS IMPERATIVE SESSIONS RUN STRICTLY TO TIME TO ENABLE DELEGATES TO MOVE BETWEEN THE PARALLEL SESSIONS
Questions will be kept to a 10 minute Q&A period at the END OF EACH SESSION. Runners with roving microphones will be provided to take questions from the floor

PRESENTERS ARE REQUESTED TO UPLOAD THEIR PRESENTATION BY WEDNESDAY 14 OCTOBER LATEST.
