Poster Display

There will be two poster Sessions – an Interactive Poster Session and a General Poster Session.

Interactive Poster Sessions

In addition to the normal poster displays, selected Poster Authors will also have the opportunity to participate in Interactive Poster Sessions during the lunch break.  A small number of posters have been selected for these sessions, and these authors will have 3 minutes to present their poster, with a further 2 minutes for questions. The idea is to promote further discussion around these posters and to give the opportunity for the researchers to share their work with a group of delegates. There will be 5 posters per interactive session. Each group will be facilitated by a Chair to ensure the sessions run to time.

The Interactive Sessions will take place on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October between 13:45 and 14:15.

General Poster Sessions

All posters for the General Poster Session will be on display throughout the conference with three dedicated poster viewing sessions:

Friday 30 October and Saturday 31 October
13:45 – 14:30 during lunch break
Delegates will also be able to view the posters during coffee breaks.
